I have a question about Financial Documents. I worked as Self Employed in 2017. My Adjusted Gross Income $26300 in transcript, family hold size is 3. And I have a payment agreement with IRS for the money I owe. I saw the poverty guideline is 25,500 for household size 3. Is that income enough? But current year 2018 income would be  around $35000 to $40000. I have paystub as well. Please help me. Thanks
