Hey premiere of new photo alsoo, hahahaha , lol.

One advise, if your cedula is not registered in the Database of the National Police of Colombia, write to this e-mail address:

dijin.araic-atc@policia.gov.co and send them a Photocopy of both sides of your cedula and please ask them to include it in their database for online consulting!

The Link will guide you to the answers apge of what to do if the Cedula is not registered, is the question 6!

Even if we are talking about the Marriage Certificate, because I have the original one from my country: Cuba, but no Apostille...

"No Apostille" means exactly that.  However, the best you could have is a Certified Copy.  The "original" is a government owned document.

Re-Reading again what @pushbrk says is true, at NVC website is never mentioned apostille at any stage! After re-reading again thousands of times seems to be like this!

My question is that if in the case of Cuba and the "very special relationship" that they have with U.S if is not required an Apostille, because Cuba issuing the document REQUIRES apostille for using it abroad!

Cuba's "requirements" like any other country, have nothing to do with what the US requires.  I use absolute terms like no, never, and none for a reason, not by accident.

So true! Very good advice :)

And you seem like u know stuff, would u recommend to look at processing times in VJ or USCIS??

It might be interesting to see if there's a difference.  Some people complain USCIS doesn't update regularly. So it will show no movement and suddenly jump by quite a bit.  Sorry you got stuck with Nebraska... notoriously slow.   Ironic you lived in Roatán.  I lived in Bogotá a year.
