Still nothing.  The guy on the phone this evening, upon being told that people who had been approved and/or arrived at the NVC literally weeks after us have long ago gotten their numbers told me I shouldn't put much stock in "such stories."  Right, because I'm sure everybody here is lying and the holdup has absolutely nothing to do with our case being stuck in their trash new effing electronic system, never to be seen or heard from again.

I'm going to go cry now I think.

Hey guys!

This is my first time posting and I need your help!

I am at the NVC stage I got my case # and invoice number on feb 22, 2018.  I did check the case status it’s says at NVC it hasn’t been long but I wanted to know what the next steps are when I try choosing an agent it give me the screen in the pic bellow. Should I submit the ds-160 even though it’s not out to embassy yet or should I wait for something else to happen?

the case should be going to Haiti if that help answering my question.

You aren't meant to figure this out on your own. Your consulate London will notify your Brit by mail when they are ready for him to do the next steps and provide him with instructions for London. Sometimes you can actually mess things up by jumping ahead before the consulate even knows about him and has your case set up in their system. Your instructions are laid out on the London embassy website here

https://uk.usembassy.gov/visas/fiancee-2/applying-for-the-visa/ (already posted twice in this thread)

Follow them in order Step 1, Step 2....  and don't do anything until he hears from London for best results. Use their instructions to know what's coming up so he can be collecting his documents, seeing his GP for shot records/shots and his medical summary, getting passport size photos, and your affidavit of support. Work on those things and he'll be ahead when he gets the go ahead from London.

Thank you so much. I was so lost and still am, but I’m supposed to be! I appreciate you!
