By the way I bought a Gibson Les Paul today...

That sounds about right. When I called the guy told me that it will take 6 weeks to get my case so I don't have to call until at least 6 weeks have passed. I called two days later and I got my case number.

woke up this morning after watching thor 3d , justice league 3d until 2am and seen online "in transit" !!! YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! FINALLY!!!!!

Mine still says at NVC. My fiancée is flying to Manila on Tuesday and wanted to go for the medical on Friday, but we don't have the NVC letter they ask for. Someone said we could screenshot the at NVC page and that would work, but not sure. Have fun with the Les Paul.  I'm thinking of selling a guitar, not buying.

Bought more than the les paul lol, yesterday found a vintage Randall RG-80 amp and cabinet stack, rockman x100 , I already have the ADA processor so I should be able to get the guitar sounds off Hysteria. Which is what I'm after.

At NVC stage is normally 10 days , this is according to my lawyer yesterday and sure enough it was 10 days exactly.

does Philippines require a letter from the NVC?? I thought they only need a copy of the NOA2 letter....

 I thought a NVC letter. guess I better double check.   I used to work on old tube amps and microphones. Still haves some gems in storage. Very early Parks, a couple of 69 -70 marshals. Thinking about slowly selling now.

SLEC lists the NVC letter (with case file number) either/or the appointment confirmation page from the appointment website (print a screen shot for SLEC). The DS-160 confirmation page (copy) is requested for the next day to avail of the vaccinations.

 

Medical is a two day process at SLEC. If she goes on Friday she will probably not finish her exam and will have to return on Monday for vaccinations.

April 19th interview date is very doable. She needs to get everything together that is contained in the Embassy Letter and normally it's not hard to meet such a date that she set for her interview.

does NVC even mail a letter? I haven't received any mail from NVC, only the NOA2 from USCIS.

Yes they will send the petitioner an approval letter comely known as the NOA2.  You will need a copy later on when you file your AOS so be sure to get one. If one never comes then email USCIS for a copy or schedule an infopass at your nearest USCIS office and they can print one from their screen. (I can't confirm the last action but I read that it was feasible).

I know about the NOA2 which is mailed from USCIS , but I don't think the NVC mails a letter...

My fiancé found a coppy of a letter online to a pettitoner, The National Visa Center (NVC) has received your Fiancees approved I 29f..........  So it seems there is one.
