Our embassy emailed us an electric copy of the IMBRA Pamphet after they received our case. It's not important (i.e. it has nothing to do with us since we didn't use a marriage broker). I think I skimmed over it and then disregarded.

Yeah, I think it is not important. The problem was that you couldn't finish the form without declaring that you got IMBRA and that you declare that you intend to marry within 90 days and it had only one check box for both of them.

On my case there is actually a link that the website provided for a copy of the pamphlet. Just download it and I click check and submit my ds160.

After waiting a month for our case to arrive at NVC which it finally did 2 days ago I received an email today saying our case has been approved to be expedited and was sent to the Australian embassy

Congrats! When was your NOA2? Do you know why it took so long? I'm almost at 3 weeks

I've already submitted the form.I did not have any link beside only one checkbox for two statements, that I received imbra and that I intend to marry within 90 days.Looks like it will not jeopardize my process, I was worried that I made a false claim.

No need to wait on NVC. Start the processing in the Philippines. By the time you get CFO, Medical, Interview payed and scheduled your file will be at the Embassy. Just schedule your interview at least 30 days out which will be plenty of time to complete everything for the interview.  Follow the steps here if you have your MNL#. http://www.visaconnection-philippines.com/k-1-visa-application.html

my case been "at nvc" since last Wednesday , when I called two days ago the agent said "it under further administrative processing" which was incorrect. I emailed my lawyer that day and he called me about 4 hours ago, our case isn't under anything and the person he talked to told him that the agent I spoke with had no basis for that and that my case is normal and has no notes on it and said "we don't do administrative processing at the NVC anyway" and proceeded to tell my lawyer that my case was in the final preparation to be sent to the embassy and that it will soon be in transit.

I felt so relieved!!!

Hi is there a way to know if your case was assigned a NVC# with out having to call and wait to speak with an agent? Like a website? Thanks

No. You have to call. Try using the app listed below in my signature box. When anything changes on your case you will be notified. Good to use instead of wasting time calling and being told the pad answer. Just go about your daily life and wait for the app to ring. Relieves stress.
