Waiting for a Tier II call back today again. If they tell me again today (like they did yesterday) that my case hasn't been sent to NVC after it's been 2 weeks and it's just sitting there, I'm going to ask to speak to the highest tier available. This is ridiculous.

Who else has a receive date late February and is still waiting for NVC to receive their case?

Just got my Tier II call back, she said my case was sent on 3/9 and is in transit. I asked why I was told just yesterday that my case wasn't sent yet and she said she can't speak to what other officers say but that it was indeed sent on 3/9. Unbelievable.

Hi, our NOA2 is Feb 26th and my fiance called NVC and got our NVC case number yesterday. But when I tried to check the case status online on CEAC, it just says "Invalid Application ID or Case Number". Has anyone had this problem?

Our case was received March 6. I have not called again because of the storms. I'm pretty sure we should have a case number by the time we can call again. Tomorrow...?

Glad to know someone else is still waiting and we're not alone. Our case was received March 7th and I've called daily since and they haven't had a case number for us. I thought it could be due to the weather, but other people seem to be getting assigned case numbers the last days just fine :(

Hoping tomorrow is the day for us!

Hang in there! We're going to have those numbers this very same week. Just keep an eye on this thread so you know when to call. Also, if you have any updates please let us know!

Hi all! I'm a September filer, received my hard-copy NOA2 yesterday (dated 3/8). The March thread is really dead, so I'm going to follow this as well!

Is there any indication on how long it's taking for a case to be sent to NVC/receive a case number?
