I'm hoping mine was shipped in the same shipment as yours. I called earlier this morning around 9 AM and they hadn't received it yet.

I recommend you to talk to an USCIS officer/supervisor (tier 2) and ask if your case has been transfered out to NVC....

Good luck in your case

I tried that last week and got an unhelpful person that told me the "it takes up to 6 weeks" and she said she can't see if my case was sent or not which I'm sure is untrue.

Ask to be transferred to a Tier 2 (USCIS officer or a supervisor) they have access to the USCIS system...

Last week I talked 3 times with a Tier 2, and they told me that my case was transfered out to NVC on March 5th....

Yeah I did and they said they don't have information on whether the case was transferred or not and that it can take 6 weeks. I am going to try again if NVC doesn't have it today.

Have they received yours?

Yeah, that was a Tier II that gave me that information. I'll try again today if NVC doesn't have my case.

Yes, as I  mentioned before, I called NVC last Friday and they didn't have my case...I  called today and my case is there but NO case # yet....

You may want to call USCIS everyday from today.... ask if your case has been transfered out to NVC, that's the terminology they use... we all are learning how they work because everybody is sharing their experiences....

I'd try again tomorrow and you'll most likely get a different (more friendly) tier 2. I called today and they said mine was mailed out to NVC on 3/8.

I called NVC today and they hadn't received my case after 13 days, so I then called USCIS. I waited for a Tier II callback. Tier II told me a shipment with my application in it went out on the 27th and that it should arrive at NVC by this week.

If you are feeling your NVC number is taking long, calling USCIS to see if yours shipped helps ease the wait.

whan you was sent you'r ???
