For those who have done I-134, how did you answer Part 3 #38? In the example on here it is left blank but my fear is that the officer may just assume the form is not complete if I leave it like that

I  checked "intend" and in Part #7 "N/A (K1 fiancee visa process)

I actually have a question too about I-134. Do you have to put none on anything that doesn't apply or can you just leave it blank? For example my fiancee was never married and does not have children. Do I leave those spaces blank or put None?

I put N/A or None for every box not filled in so it implies I read each question, but it wasn't relevant to me

(similar repost from August filer's thread)

I'm in a frustrating situation. I called NVC on Friday, and was told that they'd received our case last Wednesday but were still inputting the data into the system. I said thank you, and I'd call again on Monday to see if a number would be assigned by then. So I called and NVC told me they can't find our case in the system. Now I don't know who to believe! I tried calling USCIS for an update instead (if they would in fact confirm shipment or not) and they won't speak to me, even though our case is approved and I just need to know if they've sent it. They'll still only speak to the petitioner.

I tried NVC again today (both on option 5 and 7) and it's the same, no evidence of the case on the system. So either something weird's happened to our case, or the call centre staff member happened to enter our WAC number just incorrectly enough to trigger someone else's similar case. :(

I'm hoping this will all resolve itself during this week but it's very annoying to be given what could be false hope in things actually moving quick for our case at NVC! I know it's still only early days yet (we had approval two weeks ago today) but it seemed like things were back to being a regular time status to get to NVC. I need to put my patient boots back on!

My fiance called USCIS today, and we got to the bottom of what's happened with our case... It DID reach NVC only 8 days after our NOA2, so when I called on 23rd February it actually *was* with NVC. They were going through their processes and were due to assign a case number. All my subsequent calls have said that they haven't received it, which confused me to no end. We found out today that USCIS did their classic incompetency, and didn't supply all the correct paperwork along with our case. So NVC had to send it back to USCIS and it's been sitting with them for the past week. My fiance was told today that USCIS should be sending it back to NVC today, and I really hope so. What a sodding travesty. We've wasted two weeks now because USCIS didn't do what they should have done with the money that we pay them to do... I'm just glad for the time being that we know what's actually happened. If your case seems delayed too, I recommend calling USCIS as well just to find out what the heck is going on! :(

I'm into the NVC menu guy's accent. It has a unique American sound to it, yet I so rarely hear it where I live haha

Finally got my case number from nvc but they are gonna send my case to the wrong embassy 😢😢😢

May I ask what happened with the embassy listed on your application? Only asking because I also have an issue with the consulate on my NOA2 and have been calling a lot to try to fix it. The consulate listed on my NOA2 doesn't process K1 visas...
