Sending Info to the Employer - Questions

Hi,

 

So I just got a job offer and received the employment form from the company and one of fields to complete is;

1 - ( ) Permanent Resident, U.S. – Any person not a citizen of the United States who is permanently residing in the U.S. under legally recognized and lawfully recorded permanent residence as an immigrant. Also know as “Permanent Resident Alien,” “Lawful Permanent Resident,” “Resident Alien Permit Holder,” and “Green Card Holder.”
Permanent Resident Identification Number: __________________________________________
Expiration Date: ________________________________________________________________

2 - ( )  Temporary Resident with Employment Visa – Any person not a citizen of the United States, who legally enters the United States for a temporary amount of time for employment purposes.

3 - ( ) Other – (Please explain)

Some clarification. I do have my EAD and SSN in hands thus I`m going to my green card interview this Wednesday. 

 

Questions;

1- What option best describes my current status?

2- Is the EAD Card number the one starting with MSC?

3- If I provide them the MSC number, later when receiving the green card, will it contain the same number? If not, will I have to provide the new number right away?

The only form you should fill is the i-9.

If you do not feel there's discrimination and you choose to answer, then your situation is "other".
