K1 Visa Question

Hey all I am a September filer, and am in a bit of a situation. My fiance is from Manila but has lived and worked in Dubai for 4 years. Her work visa expires in March and her company doesn't want to renew since she will be leaving. Would it be best for her to stay in Dubai and just get a 90 day tourist visa or for her to go back to Manila? Will they want to see her residency at the interview?

Just tell her to go to Kish or Oman and go back after a few days. This is how it's done for alot of Pinoys that live their and their visas run out so they will just go to one of the above and come back.
