I have a quick question, hope you can help me

 

I have the citizenship from Italy, I have the citizenship from Argentina

 

Can I also have the American? I am a green card holden in the US.

is there any restriction?

Yes you still can the U.S. doesn’t really care that you have other nationalities. They’ll just consider you American fist though and will just require you to exit and enter the U.S. with your U.S. passport that’s it.

The US lets you have as many as you want. It's all a matter of what your other "home" countries allow.  I think Argentina and Italy should be OK with it.  Deme tres!

As I know it doesn't matter. I know a friend who has Taiwan, Singapore and US passport. If the country doesn't care about other citizenship, then you are fine. If the country doesn't let you have dual or 3 citizenship, then you only have problem in that country.
