Think about that for a second. Usually mass shootings happen somewhere where concealed carry is prohibited. Good guys usually follow the laws therefore they arent carrying in gun free zones. On the other hand, any story you read about a cc stopping a shooting could have well ended up beimg a mass shooting but it didn't happen because of a good guy with a concealed gun.
