Hello Everyone,

 

May we ask, I have a friend here who is 24-July-2018, filler and until now they haven't received any feedback from USCIS. This coming 24-Feb-2018 already their 7months.

 

If they need to call USCIS customer service on 24Feb for them to know the feedback or they still need to wait until on 24Mar for an 8months process? Which number do they need to contact on this?:help:

As the website now shows August 1, they can call it is not necessary to wait till 8 months.

 

there are still lots of july filers waiting, so it is not abnormal under the circumstances.

However, still they can call and put an inquiry.
