Hello everyone, so here is my situation. I am a permanent resident and applied for my son who is over 21. He is due to go to his visa interview on March 8th. Here is a problem: I do not work, so I have zero income. I live with my daughter and her husband. Her husband (my son-in-law) will be the sponsor. When I applied we both sent I-864 and I got a letter saying that my I-864 needs to be corrected and he has to fill out I-864A. How do I fill out part 5 on my I-864?

1-1

2-1

3-1 (for my husband)

7-1 (for my son in law, even though it says siblings, parents, etc.?)

If this is correct does he also need to be mentioned in part 6 person #1?

My daughter originally sponsored me and would have sponsored her brother too, but was advised against it by NVC because she didn't have her job for a full year yet. They said it's better if her husband sponsors instead. Does she need to fill anything out at all?
