K1 beneficiary job change

Timeline

It shouldn't as long as you are making the same, or more level of income as your previous job. I would just bring a verification of employment letter with you to your interview if you've already filed.

Explain why you say this

 

Why would it matter what the beneficiary makes? 

Just when you think you have TDS eradicate,  a new case shows up.

The beneficiary will list jobs when they apply for the visa (after petition approval). Put the new job in that. The only reason the beneficiary's job matters would be if it was something like bomb-making, explosive expert, and the like 😛

Im the beneficiary, but just wanted to double check with more knowledgable folk than I am 👍🏻

Timeline

I changed jobs and moved 2 months before my fiancee’s visa was approved.  My income is not near the minimum threshold.  We are going through AOS process right now, I don’t expect any complications.
