How do I get my fiancee and her 3 children from another former relationship to America?

That is incorrect; in the Philippines, the non-married father has no say over where the kids go.

Not good to answer a country specific situation with a general response.  This is not the situation in the PI for a child born out of wedlock

True which is why I suggested that they get all of her documents prior to filing the petition even as there have been a few cases there lately where the Filipina has had something unexpected come up that if it was fixed prior to the petition would have made their journey much easier.

 

However despite being logged in and on this thread for a long time after a lot of people asked the same question, have you met in person, the OP has failed to even answer this basic question which prevents accurate advice from being given. 

 

OP needs to meet in person, then either get married and file for spouse visa or not get married and file for fiancé visa. There is no just getting a passport and coming over to get married.

Maybe so.  I hope he leaned (as we all have) that this process requires a great deal of knowledge, planning, patience, and money.

Yep, and that we do want to help him but need more info to do that sometimes. 

 

As as he has four immigrating wouldn’t it be much cheaper in the long run to do spouse visa and associated ir2 for the kids?

I have been seeing that a lot more lately on the forum outside the General Discussion forums. I don't know why that is but some people just want to bash people no matter what.
