Hi, everyone, im presently married to a USC, we're not ready to file for AOS  yet, but is it possible to file for an EAD without filing for AOS? we wanna file for AOS at a later date but i need to work to support the family....can i file form i765 alone?

If you do not have a work permit now, you cannot file for EAD alone without filing AOS application. There is no underlying application to apply for EAD in your case.

Just wanted to add in case the filing fee is the issue that now USCIS accepts credit cards as a method of payment for AOS among others.
