There is a world of difference in motivation.

Women might do their eyebags or something to feel better about themselves, so men find them attractive, or so they have more confidence. Society says women should look young and pretty and yes that's oppressive and blablabla. But getting your hooha tightened before marriage is because your society made you feel bad about having sexual urges or a libido is different.

A woman going through the surgery after 3 kids who isn't doing it because society says she's a ####### if she doesn't seem like a virgin, well, that is a different story, and to me, more like getting your boobs done than in the other scenario.
