Hi folks!

My wife filed her I-130 at the London Embassy last month, and since then we've been closely following the Embassy's published processing times at https://uk.usembassy.gov/embassy-consulates/government-agencies/dhs/uscis/i130filing-html/

They update the page every week, and for the past 4 weeks the "currently processing" date has only shifted a day at a time.

From what I've seen, applications before Christmas were taking around a month to process, but based on the above, it seems they have slowed down incredibly. At this pace it will be at least 8 months until they reach our application!

Does that sound right? or are these published times completely off the mark?

Thanks for any advice!

Yeah that was my initial assumption, but I hoped things would have picked up again by now.

Does anyone know how accurate those published times actually are? Is it fair to assume our application won't be processed until that page is updated to our NOA1 date, or could it happen sooner?
