Just to clarify, what visa are you on to have overstayed?

 

You are working without an EAD or Social.

 

You are working and living illegally and asking for advise from people who are doing it the honest way, struggling with the process and being away from their loved ones.

 

Im suprised people are even trying to help you.

Im not being mean, Im just pointing out the slap in the face you are doing.

So your wife isnliving in florida with a baby and you are living in new york working illegally? 

and you‘re wondering if not sending proof of bona fide marriage will cause an RFE?!

 

I‘m really bt trying to be mean or even judge (too much) but it doesn‘t even sound like it is bona fide if you‘re not even willing to move to your wife?!

 

and what visa are you on now anyways?!

:pop: This is why really wish AOS from inside the US like in regards especially overstaying a visa (B2 or what not) would be gotten rid of. This goes on way more than people think.

08/15/2014 : Met Online

06/30/2016 : I-129F Packet Sent

11/08/2016 : Interview - APPROVED!

11/23/2016 : POE - Dallas, Texas

From sending of I-129F petiton to POE - 146 days.

 

02/03/2017 - Married 

02/24/2017 - AOS packet sent

06/01/2017 - EAD/AP Combo Card Received in mail

12/06/2017 - I-485 Approved

12/14/2017 - Green Card Received in mail - No Interview

What????  You forgot the main evidence needed?  Isn't your adjustment based on your marriage to a USC? and you have overstayed?? Sorry, but I'm not buying your story.  If I were you, I would prepare myself for worse than just an RFE.....

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..
