I received the advice here in VJ that you could NOT intercept USCIS and that they included me the missing documents, they told me in VJ to sit down and wait for the RFE, because I did not send them a copy of my marriage certificate in Spanish, I only sent the translation in English, and I am 75% waiting for an RFE, the step that you are going to give I am going to do when I receive the answer from USCIS about my case number that does not work.
In VJ nobody has the absolute truth, and each case differs from the other substantially, so with doing the query we lose nothing!

Well, an update, there´s no news from NCS e-mail that I sended asking about my case number. still checking and everytime that I receive an e-mail notification is spam and other stuff, but nothing of them! Is frustrating but we have anything else that we can do!

I almost lost my hope, that number is going to work once they issue the NOA2!

Hey Jhonny!! I did not receive any reply from them as well. I saw you got your NOA2 already! What did you get fro RFE??

I got RFE last  March 13 , but I haven´t received NOA 2 yet, RFE for evidence was for Marriage Copy and Divorce Decree sentence! Status hasn´t change to received answer yet!

Generally speaking anything you send that is not requested has very little chance of actually ending up with your case.  Wait for the RFE.
