Ok ,I'm waiting for an answer from NSC about my Case Number, but, really I don´t care now, because, they are so much close of my PD that is going to work when they reach the case and issue the NOA2 or a RFE! Then they finally are going to update , and place it in their Database!

Yes! You might get a notice from them any time soon! Mine was sent on October so prolly gona take for 2 moths more for an update. But still... we're getting close! Since November last year I been checking our case everyday lol. Hopefully all goes well with your case!!

No, I didn´t check it everyday, I just checked once a month, the day 16 of every month since November, just to see if the case number was already working, not expecting NOA2, but since the last week, that I saw the theoretical approval time moved to April, and that Nebraska was already reviewing late June and early July, I´m starting to feel the expectation, the nervousness and the anxiety of those who are approaching their NOA2, I had already seen this when I first arrived at VJ and I saw the members who were in my stage, now I feel the same!

Yes, I received that great news last Thursday, I´m focusing now (o distract myself and place away the anxiety) In having all prepared for NVC Stage, I already have the DS260 (the answers that required memory) answered, have the NVC checklist and reuniting all the required documents I´m cuban, but living in Colombia, and gathering knowledge about the next stage! And waiting for USCIS to let me know about them!

Hello everyone!

I am new to this site. I am from the Philippines. So my husband sent our I130 packet on October 20th and got our NOA 1 October  27th. We applied for CR1 and we are on Texas Service Center. My husband forgot to include our passport photos. He is currently deployed now and my sister in law is the one who will receive any mails from the immigration. He was able to send our packet before his deployment. Now it bothers me because we might get RFE because of that :( Im just wondering if we can send our passport photos now since they are still not processing our case to avoid getting RFE  or just wait from them?

Thank you!!

I made the same mistake. I ended up getting an RFE and it has now delayed my case well over a month. Between sending the photos, them recieiving them and then approving my petition. If you can sort this out before its processed i believe it will save you time. Good luck!

Thank you!!! I emailed them already. And waiting for a reply. You think it's okay to just send them the passport photos now? Im also thinking about doing that to avoid getting an rfe :(

I would call them and make sure it wont delay your case. They might pull your file out of the queue to include the photos in your envelope and put it back at the end of the line again. But again im not sure... i would def recommend you call and ask to speak to a tier 2 officer regarding this. I received the RFE and it took a bit over a month to get my approval after sending the photos.

@mincha For talking to a tier 2 follow the next steps (are the number options required to talk to an officer) (is important to ask talking to a tier 2):

I would call them and make sure it wont delay your case. They might pull your file out of the queue to include the photos in your envelope and put it back at the end of the line again. But again im not sure... i would def recommend you call and ask to speak to a tier 2 officer regarding this. I received the RFE and it took a bit over a month to get my approval after sending the photos.

Thank you!! My only problem is i am in the Philippines and my husband is currently deployed in the middle east. Is there a way we can call them overseas?
