Hello. I will be sponsoring my husband on I -130 spouse visa to the USA. I need to know financial requirements for my bank; as in length of time I have owned the account, and does it matter which currency, and which country my account is  located? In addition, we will soon be purchasing a home in the USA as a cash transaction of approximately $40,000 USD. We are hoping to combine the bank balance and the house market value to meet income requirements as well as a future part time job for my self. Household size is 2 people. Please advise.

You qualify based on current income, not a future job and on current LIQUID assets as defined in the I-864 instructions.  Although you can list and document the equity in your primary home, THAT asset is NOT considered LIQUID, so is unlikely to help you meet the minimum qualification criteria as sponsor.

Also, how much money would we need for a two person household to meet asset requirements without any earnings from employment? Is it possible to somehow include my husbands assets and tax forms within the economic eligibility process? Please advise.

Your question indicates you have not yet studied the I-864 instructions.  Your ultimate success depends on you doing that.

As a petitioner for spouse filing I-130, I have full knowledge that I do not meet income benchmarks. I reviewed the instructions for I-864 Affidavit of Support. Instructions indicate that the sponsor must submit copies of w-2 tax forms filed with the IRS. Knowing I do not meet the income benchmarks, must I submit those documents?
I intend to submit optional- and in my case- necessary-  documents reflecting ownership of assets - my own and my husbands- savings accounts and also valued deeded property without any mortgage or other liens. My question pertains to instructions in Part 7 of uscis.gov I-864 Instructions for Affidavit of support.[Use of assets to supplement Income(optional)]
This will be our sole and primary evidence of economic eligibility.
The bank accounts are in foreign currency- Pakistani Rupees. Will this be sufficient evidence, or must we exchange currency to USD? The bank accounts are currently held in Pakistan. Will this be acceptable or do we need to wire the funds  to a USA bank account?
Our cash assets will meet the economic eligibility benchmarks, confirmed as a 2 person household with 3* 125% poverty guideline. Please advise.
