I was wondering if somebody can help me with a letter that USCIS send me, its a Request for initial evidence (I-485)
it says :

The household member submitted form I-864a, contract between sponsor and household member, To be considered as a household member, the individual must be listed as a dependent on the sponsor's federal income tax return OR must reside at the same principal address as the sponsor AND be related to the sponsor as spouse, child, parent, or sibling.

Submit evidence that the household member is listed as a dependent on the sponsor's federal income tax return
OR
Submit evidence that the household member reside as the same principal address as the sponsor AND is related to the sponsor as a spouse, adult child, parent or sibling.

If you decide to obtain a joint sponsor they will need to
* File Form I-864, Affidavit of support
* Provide copies of their ,most recent federal income tax returns
*Provide copies of all supporting tax documents (W-2s. 1099s, Form2555, and tax schedules)
* provide evidence of their status as a united states citizen, USN, or lawful permanent resident.

I am the person who is applying for a resident, my wife is a citizen, my wife is studying and not working at the moment, so we put her parents as a sponsor. Since she is in college she does not live with her parents, but her permanent address is with her parents. We filled I-864 for my wife and I-864a for her mother and her father as joint sponsors. We sent the forms with, copy of passport of my wife and her parents, their tax return from last year, and W-2.

so I don't have a clue what they want, what evidence do I have to file? Thank you in advance.

Submit an I-864 from your wife showing no income.  Submit an I-864 from the father or mother and an I-864a from the mother or father as a household member of the other parent.  Do not count your wife as part of her parents' household.  She has no income to combine with them anyway.  Even if one parent has zero income, you need the I-864a from them.

Send this to replace the affidavit of support you sent initially.  It was incorrect.

I forgot to mention that my wife is listed as a dependent in her parents Tax return, does that change the way I should approach it?

Only in that she is counted as a dependent in their household on Father's I-864.  They are still not combining income with your wife.

1.So anyways I have to file Form I-864 again? One with my wife as the sponsor and one with her father as the sponsor?

2. And file Form I-864A for her mother? For this form should I include myself in the household?

3. Do I have to attach again copy of passport, birth certificate, tax Return, and w-2?

You are included in both I-864 forms as the intending immigrant.  Father is the only joint sponsor, with Mom as household member.  Unless there are other dependents, your wife's household is just the two of you and Father's household is a total of four.
