criminal records questions i-129f

Hi, forgive us if this question has been asked before but do the criminal records questions on form I-129f just relate to the petitioner and if so when does the beneficiary declare them, just the current form asks " have YOU" and doesn't seem to have space for the other party or is the "have you" question asking the beneficiary?

The I-129f petition is mostly for the American to gain approval from USCIS to bring a fiancé into the US so they can marry. 

 

The immigrant actually applies for the K1 visa to the Dept of State/Consulate when your case reaches London. The visa application DS-160 asks many questions of the immigrant.

Later in the process the beneficiary (applicant) will have to produce a police certificate from every country he/she has lived since the age of 16. That's when their criminal record (or lack thereof) is looked at.
