CALL FROM EMBASSY AFTER 2 YEARS

Hello Everyone,

 

I got a call from Islamabad embassy yesterday inquiring about the contact numbers I use and my email address and places I have worked.

the officer was a Paki guy and was talking in Urdu and was very strict in Tone.

this is the first call I have received from the embassy after my interview, my interview was on 1st June 2016.

Does this means they are about to speed up my case or is it just a normal process for the Visa Admin Processing's?

I read most of the people have been visited by the field agents who were inquiring about them.

BTW, my visa case is I-730, follow to join case.

Everyone please kindly share your views

Thats really painfull a long time for embassy procedure.

There is a good thing that they are now working on your case.

Btw islamabad embassy is unpredictible they often waste time on investigations even when it is not needed.

My husband receive a call from the embassy after 7 months of being refused for a previous misrepresentation. MashaAllah thanks to Allah he’s here with me. I think that is a very good sign InshaAllah you will get you’re visa soon. Good luck👍🏼

How he get the visa if they refused his visa?

My case is also I-730.. wht abt u? Have u got ur visa? Did u get that form DS5535 in email? Thats a good sign for u if u got a call from embassy..its been 7 mnths since my interview nd no update

Great. What was the visa category? And did he got DS5535 form? And his medical got expired or not? Plz reply

It was a CR1 Visa. Probably not because I’m not sure what that form is that you mention I would have remember that. Yes his medical expired he had to get a updated medical. I apologize about the late reply I’m not on here as much

Peterson do u know any one in previous two years who was in contact with you and belong to same category of asylee got his visa? Plz tell me.

why your visa status was refused I am alsi in same boat since 4 months after puting congress inquiry they asked for new joint sponser.
