F1 to AOS: 130a and concurrent filling

 Hi,

I am an F1 student here in the US and I have just married my partner, a US citizen. Now we are in the process of applying for AOS. The first step in this process is filling the petition for alien documents (I 130 and I 130a with all the required evidence). I still have a few questions about this:

 

1. In the I 130a form that I have to fill in, I am asked if I currently have a job. This year I am on a one-year university fellowship so technically I receive money and I work towards the completion of my degree. Is this considered work? I would say so. 

2. Since my husband is a US citizen do I qualify for concurrent filling? Could I also send along the Form I-485 and I 765 (work permit)? This is how it looks like to me.
