You’re welcome 😊

i send upgrading notice to CSC on september 27, 2018.

After 2 months, November 26, 2018 we got approval letter from USCIS that i-130 was approved and sent to NVC and mentioning that my case is now a wife of US citizen (IR-1 category since been married for more than 2 years).

January 5, 2019 NVC recieved.

February 21,2019 case number created and send via email.

Hope that could help you

Thank you very much! Yes, that helps me set my expectations!

We sent out the upgrade petition a week ago and waiting since then.

Just one more question, did you get any receipt notice after sending out the upgrade petition or was it just tthe approval letter which came out after 2 months?

You are welcome🙂

It was only the approval letter stating that my case is now a wife of US citizen.

You have to wait like 2 months to update your case and once they update it it will be approved i think.

Hold on and wait, may everything work good for you 🙏🏻

Thank you! The notice said they would. Now we have to wait until we hear from NVC I suppose. That can take upto a month correct?

You should call NVC to know when they recieved your case from USCIS. And after they recieve it you have to wait up to 8 weeks to get a case number, however the timlines now shows that people getting case number is 6 week and so. Hope that helps
