Doctors for i693 in chicago area

Hi Guys, 

 

Does anybody know of any cheap doctors that would be willing to do the i693 ( the whole medical exam) and are qualified by usics? 

I have called a bunch the price range is 400-600. and they dont accept insurance. 

 

anybody know of any other doctors? Pls share

I don’t think you will be able to find anything cheaper than this. I paid around $500 but I had all the vaccinations done. The clinic was very clean and nice, and everything was done within 1 hour. I had to go back after 2 days though to get the results. The clinics address is 5605 W Gunnison

They don't accept insurance but if you do have insurance, you may be able to submit directly to your insurance company. I did and was reimbursed some money. Good Luck

I can recommend you Dr Forys Clinic. I moved to Chicago so I was definitely a bit nervous to schedule an appointment with Immigration Doctor. But he takes time explaining and answering all questions. Extremely approachable. Knows what he is doing. I'm so happy to have found this place.
