My wife and Son went to their interview on the 3rd January, everything went well, he then requested a police certificate from the uk as he asked her if she travelled outside Ghana before and she said yes and stayed more than six months, so she submitted it on the 18th January along with her passport and my son's passport which was return to her after the interview with the white form"marked" 2x and police report uk at DHL office as instructed. So since then their case status has been in "administrative Processing" and the case date has been updated 3 times January 3rd{ interview Date},18th January{submitted additional Documents} andwFebruary 9th.But the status remain in administrative processing.I don't really know what to do now.Any ideas?I email Citizenship Services on the 6th February but they replied that they don't deal with Visa's.Anyone have similar situation?it been 6 weeks since interview and 4 weeks since submitted additional documents.

i will give you worse case scenario

you say she interviewed January 3rd and by January 18th you were able to produce and hand in a UK crimianl report / very fast

they could suspect it is bogus and are checking the document and doing their own investigation

which they do for  high fraud countires most of the time

but this is better than the Moroccan who had worked 4 years in Saudi / they sent that case back to the USCIS office and did the criminal invesigation themselves which took over a year

Be patient and hopefully you will  be lucky

Good luck

Yea the UK police report is easy to obtain, you can apply online and you could pay for expedited services and it will be ready in 2 days time, and I provided her sisters address in uk to be sent to, and when she got it, she send it to Ghana through DHL and it took only 3 days.So it was super fast.
