i am medical student was expidatily  removed from united state on my 3rd consecutive visit on visitor visa b1/b2 ,the reson was my exam was 3 and half month after my entry so i am not a true bonafied visitor ,plus CBP officer find out that i i took visa to attend conferance  wich i did not attend and now taking my exams which is legal under B1/B2 visa , plus i stayed 311days/365 days in last year in united state so he found that suspicious and i am not overcome his presumption .so i  found inadmissible under 212 (a) (7)(A)(i)(1) ,and removed from united state under 235(b)(1).with 5 year ban

i had J1 work and travel visa previously and visitor visa but i never overstayed, never committed a crime , never worked illegally.

just like 10 days before expedited removal, i got married to my wife out of united state.she is united state citizen through naturalisation since last 6 year.

i am in process of taking US medical licencing exam ,i took 2 steps already one more to go ,to get qualified to work as a physician.

i am so much tensed ,we consulted to one of immigration lawyer in united state ,she told us that i need to prove extreme hardship to get qualified for waiver ,

i think i need i-212 waiver alone ((i dont need i-601 as i don't have any other ground of inadmissibility)),so do i still need to prove extreme hardship fr i-212. any help which direction i should go to get my visa approves as soon as possible??

I would listen to my attorney.

What visa are you applying for.

How do you know how do you know no 601 is needed.
