I-765 Pending, Biometrics done

I-485 Pending, but got case update that "scheduled for an interview"

My PD for final action is not current per July 2018 service bulletin, I wonder what is the interview for then ?

Hello guyes i m inquiry about my sister F2A visa which is fild by my mother 

 

Peority Date 15th july 2016

Date of Birth 11/16/1996

 

I was recieve an email in sep for the fees and I864 form and fees i was submited After 60 days i was call NVC they told me my sister is on CSPA.

 

I was check the CSPA chart calculater they said she is good for the visa .

 

But the problum is that she was turn 21 last year in November .

 

She is the only child my mom have n my mom is widow is any buddy telll me is she get the visa or no ? 

 

Is her age is freeze or no ? 

 

I m really apriciate if some one gave me a response

AOS from F1 to LPR

I-485/I-765/I-131 filed 09/29/2017

Biometrics: 11/9/2017

 

Nothing has moved, no EAD, no AP, no RFE

but no new is good news, I guess.

Estimated AOS time range in our office is 11-23 months. Approaching the 11 month mark in few weeks )

The attorney recommended not to work while on F1 even with EAD.

We are not too worried about waiting as the degree still needs to be completed and F1 status is perfectly fine and gives a lot of time for AOS.

Plus, I heard if the marriage is over 2 years, the permanent GC is given and we do not have to worry about removing conditions.

So far so good.

Did you get any update? My wife is same PD 21-Nov-2016 and we got approval for i-130 on Oct-30-2018. But interview is not scheduled yet. I was wondering if your interview is scheduled or not.

Priority date is October 3 2016 for f2a visa and i am a Permanent resident

i got the interview letter this week for my wife interview 

after my state became Current in visa bulletin .
