Wifey's applications got approved today according to CRIS. But I was wondering how long do y'all think it will be till interview cause her sister is coming here for vacation around the end of June, and I was hoping they would be able to come together. Also, what do y'all think about BOTH my my I-129s getting approved along with the I-130... funny huh? I hope it doesn't screw us.

1-23-2007 sent (but sent it to Vermont)

Please update your timeline! Hoping it brings my estimates back down! lol For some reason, the estimate on my I-130 moved back by an entire month yesterday. :(

Thank you! I still can't figure out how the estimates work exactly. My I-130 estimated time seems to jump forward and backward by a month or at a time. It's sad but that estimate really controls my mood for the day! lol

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview

The consulate will probably sort it out if the NVC doesn't, but it would be helpful of you to let the consulate know that they may be getting two approved I-129f petitions.

Another piece of anecdotal evidence that one can bypass the NBC and send I-129f for spouse direct to the appropriate Service Center.
