I applied for the benefits but then we withdrew and 3 months later we got divorced, so there is no decisions made on the first marriage yet, but it came up when we went to the interview on my current marriage

Did you remain in the US after the divorce?

Why were you accused.

Lots of people change sexual orientation.

You need more details for us! I assume you remained in the USA the entire time? What proof did you give the first time and why or how do they suspect he is gay?

I don’t have any babies with my husband and he’s not in the military. Would that mean our marriage is not genuine or not “real enough”? Not at all.

Maybe/maybe not.  Please provide further evidence (photos, tapes, etc) for the VJ jury so that we may make an educated ruling on this matter.

We got married for more than one year ..

Your first marriage was based on what?  Adjustment from F1?  How does your timeline look?  Any overlap between relationships?  For example do your children's birthdays overlap with your former marriage?  Not enough details here to determine what the flag was.  A lot of flags we see here are based on simple math.

I have 4 friends engaged to men or married and now married to women.

I would say it's a fad but more common for women then men lol

A few specific answers are needed to actually be able to help you:

-what date did you get married to the first man?

-what date did you get divorced from the first man?

-what date did you get married to the second man?

-you stated you were questioned/denied because your first man was (apparently) gay.  How exactly did this come up during the interview?  Why did the IO think this/state this?

-what is your country of origin?

-what were any other points of concern the officer brought up during the interview either about your first or 2nd marriage?

People on here cannot help you if you are not able to answer questions/provide pertinent information instead of dropping bits and pieces throughout this thread---it becomes somewhat like pulling teeth then...
