K-1 Visa Interview

Hi,

 

I have been in the USA on a K-1 Visa since June 10th, I got married on June 19th, an I have just now got called in for my AOS interview, in the list of documents to bring it says I need to have a Medical Examination done and show my vaccinations are up to date. My question is, I just had a medical examination done and my vaccinations done in order to get my K-1 visa and get into the country so do I need to get it done all over again or does the one I have to get into the country work???? 

 

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

If you filed your AOS right after you got married or within 6 months then don't worry about that at all. That's for people that wait a long amount of time before they do AOS.

I did my interview on Feb 5 and didn't bring medical documents or supporting documents with me. But I took the vaccination applicant copy with me. They lost my medical and ask me if I have that at the interview. After I gave my copy of vaccination he said okay that's enough. Otherwise if they have yours(didn't lose it) you should be fine.
