Whichever is not on the other lists (in the link). Usually the beneficiary will send all the necessary documents to petitioner, and petitioner will submit them with the AOS package. I don’t know if the beneficiary can scan and email to the petitioner or not. But my family mail the documents to me (via UPS it only takes couple days to get it)

I ran the codes and couldn't find any countries on the list except for about 10, weird, anyways electronically is the best bet.

Those code are coded after the city name where the embassy is ( i guess) and they are coded by nvc, not really for common use. For example: bnk (bangkok) hcm ( ho chi minh city)...

and yes I wish everybody can do electrical way.

Beneficiary can upload all documents.. if scanning and emailing or using CEAC, petitioner can scan and email AOS to beneficiary or beneficiary can scan and email all their documents.

I’M talking about those cases have to mail the documents to Nvc. They have to submit AOS and IV packages at the same time. In that case, most of the time the beneficiary (outside the US) will send document to petitioner (in the US) and petitioner will submit them all. I’m just not sure if we can mail in the photocopy or have to be original (for example birth certificate and married certificate).

In my case, my parents send me all of their documents through UPS ( a little expensive), but really fast to get get here.

As I know they will send the email to petitioner and beneficiary (if you put the email on the I130)

What about the website can notify there too? With case number

Yes, you can check the status of your case on their website, but you have to have a case number first. You aso need IIN for log in your case and fill out forms, pay fees).

There are 2 ways (as I know for now) to find out your case and IIN: 1. Waiting for the email from NVC, 2. Call them and check on it until you can get the case number through the phone.
