I'm filling the I-130A for my wife that is overseas, but I'm unsure on Part 4 under spouse beneficiary's statement section 1.b, 2., ; should I leave this section blank since she is not filling the form nor I'm consider the interpreter or preparer?

Note: She is not fluent in reading in English so I know 1.a doesn't apply to her. Also, I know she doesn't not need to sign the form if she is overseas.

Thank you in advance for your help.

Just don't fill it out because that is for an interpreter or a professional preparer like a lawyer. I know when I did my wife's I did not fill it in and I left it blank because she relayed the information to me for me to put down on the paper.

Don't try to get to far in the weeds with some of this stuff. Some people try to make mountains out of molehills on small minut things and worrying themselves sick.

Thank you so much cyberfx1024That is me right now, worrying for these details. I'm afraid that I might do something wrong and because of me my wife will be denied the residency.

Thank you again for your input. I really appreciate your help.

One more thing, did you completely left part 4 blank? Including the "Spouse Beneficiary's Contact Information"?
