Medical urgency

Sorry for the long explanation, just don’t want to leave out any importent issues.

I am the petitioner, a U.S. citizen, and I am a 100 percent disabled veteran. My wife and stepson are both Polish citizens.

I am preparing to file an I-130, CR1 and CR2 Petition on behalf of my wife, and my ten-year-old stepson. my wife and stepson are from Warsaw Poland and have Polish passports

In March 2017 my wife and I were married in Larnaca Cyprus.

My wife, stepson, and I are currently living in Larnaca Cyprus.

We all have our Visa’s to live in Cyprus.

Due to severe spinal injuries, my wife urgently needs surgery, and Her orthopedic surgeon said he was unable to do the surgery in Poland and he recommended she get the surgery done in the United States.

my wife has had several spinal surgeries in the past, and during one of these surgeries, she had been infected with a rare form of the hepatitis C virus, further complicating her medical situation.

Currently, my wife is disabled and needs my help due to her physical disabilities.

Also, I am a former United States Marine (USMC), and a service-connected, 100 percent disabled veteran. Because I am a 100 Percent disabled veteran, as my dependents, my wife and stepson will be covered by CHAMPVA medical insurance.

I am also having some health issues (hypoglycemia and diabetes) I also need to get back to the United States so I can go to my doctor at the VA in California.

We have four letters from doctors to support the statements made.

Considering the seriousness of some of our medical issues, is it possible to get them expedited Visa’s due to our health situations?

Is an I-131 medical emergency visa an option?

Where do I file?

What would be the fastest option for us to get to the United States for medical care?

Thank you for any help,

Matthew

Has your wife undergone treatment for hep C yet ? Most forms even the stubborn type 1 and 3 are curable.    Being ex military doesn't provide any expedite in the process.    What would be the medical prognosis if surgery was delayed until she gets the visa through you normally.  Can you show that you can cover the extra uncovered medical costs ?

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

First you need to actually send out your petitions. Even with the expedite, it's going to take few months. Being a veteran doesn't help in any way, unfortunately.

You will need to file two petitions not one.  One petition for each.  Your personal need to return to the US, is not of concern to US immigration officials.  It is very common to be separated during the visa process.
