Still the lowest approval rating since polling began nearly 70 years ago...and still the highest disapproval rating!

 

Maybe those 36 state legislative seats which flipped from red to blue gives you a clue about the poll's 49% undecided voters.

Personally I think it is a clue that people vote for who they believe is the best candidate and are not just stupid idiots like the DNC says.

It's interesting how so Americans will definitely decry the government for controlling their lives, but say nothing about corporations doing much worse, with far less oversight than the government. The sheer amount of corporate bureaucracy the average American employee has to deal with is in many beyond anything the government could ever come up with.

Corporations are neither inherently good nor evil. My problem with corporations is that they are legally obligated to benefit their shareholders, above all else, and unless there are laws preventing them doing x, y, or z, or they stand to lose business from a public outcry, corporations will chose the path that makes the most money, and to hell with the consequences for anyone else.

Talk about over generalizing. Sure there are some corporations that behave as you described but there are also many that conduct business in an ethical manner. I know the left favors government control over everything including businesses but that has been tried before. It's called fascism.
