What is the fastest service center for I-130 for U.S citizens. I know there are many factors that go into it, everyone's process is different but I'm wondering which service center is most efficient and fastest out of curiosity?

Generally, yes. There aren't enough cases in that category here to get a stronger estimate, but the process is essentially the same as a spouse or parent of a USC (also IRs), which are basically the same in processing times.

The fastest center is normally the one they didn't send your petition to.  I suspect a highly evolved program is responsible for this capability.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.
