requesting frequent J1 visa stamps?

Hi

I have been in the US on J1 visa since 2014. I was a research scholar and now I am a resident physician. My training will take a long time and will end maybe in 2022 or 2023. I will be traveling frequently to my home country (once or twice a year visiting family). I have renewed my J1 visa stamp three times so far without any problems or delays.

Will visiting home once every year and renew my J1 visa stamp this frequent rise some concerns and delays on future visa applications? so far I have been maintaining all J1 visa regulations.

Thanks.

I don't see how it could be a problem.

However, the J1 for physicians comes with the 2 year requirement so you should be aware of that.

Consulates and State department like when people travel to their countries. It shows you have ties to your country. It'd be very different if you stayed in the US for 10 years and never visited your family and friends.

Thanks for answering.

How about other random stuff, like security checks and stuff like that? does the fact that my previous 3 visa were fast to get makes the next one easy to get also?

You can get a security check regardless of whether you had a visa or not. It depends on your country, what you study, random stuff, etc. It is hard to say.
