I did emailed  NVC but they  told me  they couldn't  do anything  pd is current  then i received  interview  letter before  VB was current .so at that timevwgen called they said since the interview  is scheduled  they are unable  to make anythings  and I should  email the embassy.  After going  back and forth  between  NVC and Embassy  i finally  received  this from last week

"We are currently reviewing your case. We will send you an email if your
children qualifies under CSPA. Please note that all derivative applicants,
above 21 years of age, in the family/employment preference immigrant visa
categories are automatically removed from the case. If the child is
determined eligible under CSPA, then we will advise about the next steps"

No his name  wasn't  on the IL. We paid all fees and turned  in all documents  before  he tuned  21 so his name was on there up untill he tuned  21.

We are still waiting  for embassy  to CSPA review  and advise  us with next step of the process.

My son also turned 21 before interview but his name was in IL. And at the interview time the CO asked him to fill ds5535 and now we are in AP since than.
