Hi all.

Can anyone please give me some advice? Me and my now wife got married last week. We are wanting to get all of our forms and information sent away ASAP. The only problem is I have no idea where to start :(

Has anyone got any information on what forms I need to send in and what to send them with? Sorry if this seems silly. I just feel like my head goes completely blank when trying to gather everything.

Any  information would be great, or even a link with the correct way.

Thanks!

Sorry, I think I misunderstood the post.

Is she living in the US? Are you both here? Who is where? I want to make sure you get the right info.

The K=1 is for those not married. You need to file for the cr1 visa. Please take a look at the Guide portion of the site  to find out how to start the process.

Your title is confusing are you looking to apply for a fiancé visa after getting married or did you do a fiancé visa, get married, and now looking to adjust?

The guides page has two things to read. Here's the page http://www.visajourney.com/content/guides/

Look for the following on the right side.

number-one-circle.png Applying for US Permanent Residency (Green Card):
----- to_post_off.gif Adjustment of Status Guide (K1 & K3 Visa Holders
(Explains concurrent filing for an EAD and Advance Parole)
----- to_post_off.gif K1 Visa Adjustment of Status Tips

Find your forms and instructions for them on the USCIS WEBSITE https://www.uscis.gov/forms

Be sure to read the form instructions to get all the official information.
