i130 for sister/brother checklist

My question is to those who successfully submitted I130 for his/her brother/sister AND his/her I130 got approved (or to those who simply know the answers to questions below for sure):

Do I need to submit my brother's foreign passport (bio page) along with other supporting documents? His passport is expired and I was wondering if I can enclose his expired foreign passport, or just not enclose passport at all? Or enclose it just for information?

Also, have you submitted your brother/sister's diplomas?

What are the chances of my i130 for my brother getting approved if I am currently unemployed, but I am sure in 11-12 years, i.e. by the time his visa become current I will be long employed and able to submit Affidavit of Support. The last question: I am not required to submit Affidavit of Support now, am I?

  You will do that when petition becomes current and you will know how big the family is .  He may have more than one new passport by that time .

So, do you suggest not to enclose his passport at all at this time?

What about me, the petitioner being unemployed? does this fact ruin my chances to get approved (i130)? or at this point it is OK for petitioner to be unemployed? Or should I rather apply i130 later, when I find the job?

the i130 has nothing to do with financial, it is to establish the relationship between petitioner and beneficiary

 

to prove you are siblings. so it doesn't matter

To aleful: Thank you for quick reply! I understand that I130 has nothing to do with my income, but in I-130 form they ask specifically what petitioner's current employment is and what was petitioner's employment for the past 5 years. And I am thinking  if the answer to this question is "unemployed", they may not like that.?  May be I am just overthinking this.
