Tm was not involved in the Criminal justice system because,  despite the evidence of his violent behavior and overwhelming evidence he had participated in several larcinies,  the local school board was trying to reduce the number of black students that required police intervention.  Same thing.

the local school board is not the criminal justice system. what you're saying makes no sense, it sounds to me like you're just repeating the murderer's defense. martin had no criminal record. none.

Because access to those guns is not as easy as USA? Or is it Europeans don't feel the need to have a gun to feel safe? Are Americans just more paranoid?
