i guess if you want to assume such a thing it would help your personal position. not reality based, however.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

  Those of us with children in high school, or who have had children in high school are perfectly well aware that they are capable of solid opinion, reasoning and decision making. The only thing lacking is experience, which only comes with time.  Anyone who is not aware of that I would guess doesn't have kids and is perhaps too far removed from their own youth to remain aware of that fact.
