I don't understand.

You cannot get married without meeting.

Did you meet her at a wedding 2-3 years ago? Is she already married? If so, has she got a divorce?

not. everything was a pretext. We said I was invited to her wedding to see.

how could I get a tourism visa for my case.
student 21 years, alone. I have my 3 cars. what evidence should I make to make the image I have built up very strong

So you lied on your application to come over? You said you were invited to HER wedding? To meet HER? To later marry HER?

So.. you two made up a story that she is getting married (which she isnt) because you thought its going to make it easier for you to get a torusit visa ?

Lying is always a great start on the road with immigration. Good job. Can earn you a lifetime ban and you'll never see US.

Anyway. B2 is out of question and you won't get fiance or spouse visa without meeting first.

I met the girl on the internet. after months we decided to see you. I'm coming to America. She made an invitation to her wedding. Her wedding does not exist. It was all a good reason for me to get to America and get the visa.

I think those at the embassy have realized this game of ours. Because I had a lot of papers, of mine, of mine. I have too much to prove and I think they realized that there really is no wedding and we want to meet.

now I ask you what to do to get the visa?

You lied on your application to get a tourist visa. It is unwise to apply again, especially if your thoughts that they 'found you out' are correct.

She will need to come to you to meet you, or you two will need to meet somewhere that you can go without needing a tourist visa, if one exists.

You meet up, decide to get married, then start a K-1 or CR-1 process once ready.

You must be 100% truthful at all points in the process. You may or may not receive a misrepresentation bar due to lying on the past application. If so, you can apply for a waiver after refusal, and hope you can make a convincing case...no guarantees.

and one more thing. Suppose we meet in Europe. Everything is beautiful, we'll see you often and we decide to apply for the k1 visa. Do you think we have chances? I mean, if I was denied ... the old ds 160 wrote her name, the future ds would write her name again. will not there be problems?

I'm sure the embassy has an archive

They will see the past application (and any notes the CO made during the interview) and may very well ask about it. It may cause a refusal if they determined that you made a material misrepresentation (and it sounds like you did...people have received a bar for similar lies on a tourist visa application).

Please don't take this the wrong way, but you seem so very naïve. I believe to be because you're only 21, which is of course no fault of yours, but you are very young. This process is not an easy one, and not one that should be taken lightly. Especially lately.

Everyone's already said it, but bottom line - CR nor K1 is an option for you two if you have never met. There's no exceptions, there's no loopholes, that's the way it is. It's a prerequisite to even be able to apply.

Lying on the previous application may not NECESSARILY be a dealbreaker for you in the end, but nobody here can definitively tell you that this won't be a problem for you. We don't work for the government. If we did, we wouldn't be here complaining about their processes. :)

If you two are TRULY in love and SERIOUS about being together and completing this process...you aren't going to be able to snap your fingers and make it happen. You'll have to put in some serious work and time. I suggest browsing through the relative threads on these forums and do some research. And understand whatever path you take will likely take some time. The timeframe for K1 right now is taking up to 9 or 10 months for some, and I haven't seen anyone get through under 6 months. I'd spend the time and money on trips between the two of you, one way or the other, in the meantime.

Best of luck to you!

Håll ut, y'all.

Or we can marry in romania. And then there will be problems?

There might be problems if they take your kind of stupid lie seriously. If they do - you will not get ANY visa. No matter if spouse or fiance. Embassy hates lies.

How about meet in person first and then decide if you want to marry or not. Right  now you just sound like you're desperate to move to USA.

So you lied more than once

about how you know her - said family friend when in fact you met online

About why you were going to the us - said her wedding when in fact you are in a relationship with her and wanted to meet so you could file for immigration

why on earth would us immigration ever trust you not to lie again?

Ask her to move to Romania, if you truly love her then it won’t matter where you live so long as you can be together.

Also get her to join this website so we can explain all the problems the lies will cause, she needs to know what you are up against.
