K1 - AP application without travel plans

Hi, I am currently filling in my AOS forms as a K1 entrant who is recently married. 

I am now on form I-131 (AP). 

Throughout the form it is asked how long/where i intend to travel to and the date of this travel.

I currently have no travel plans of any kind and am applying for AP "just in case" as I have elderly parents back home.

Could anyone tell me how they dealt with this situation? I can't be the only person who wants AP just in case

Although we didn't have plans to travel we picked random dates about 6 months from when we were applying.  I don't think they will deny it even it you leave it blank.

When you file for or already have a pedning i-485 you don't need to give a reason or dates.

The AP is just in case you ever need it to travel abroad (and return) while waiting for AOS. You can put "to be determined" or "Unknown" if you don't know the dates of a potential future trip. Not big deal.

I just put unknown dates, and "in case of family emergency." Worked for us.
