Hello VJ,

My wife just went to the medical screening for her visa interview (Naples, Italy) and was asked, "Have you had sex since your last period," she answered yes and the doctor didn't give her the MMR shot she was missing.  She also had surgery as a child on a kidney (to get it cooking again, it was just 'clogged'), he jotted that down.  The doctor didn't say too much or lead on to anything (as far as my Italian could tell).  Now I'm worried though -- What should we expect for tomorrow?  Should I be worried?

Thanks

E.

Honestly, most of the times they write down stuff to make sure they tell the embassy everything they have to know. In my case they wrote down I had a tattoo, that my blood pressure was a little bit higher and so on and NOTHING happened!

About the shot..if it was necessary, did she ask to get it? When I went for my medical, they checked if I had my shots (had to show my medical paper to show I did) and besides that I went to a private clinic to get another one in order to have all of them (got a paper from them that I showed as well).

Now..are you going tomorrow to get the results? If something goes wrong they will tell her the moment she takes back the results. I remember I asked my doctor and she said "if he doesn't say anything, everything is alright".
