Is there actually anything i can do at this point? I have wited 180 days since my noa1 for the AOS and have not heard aanything since january. Will making an info pass appointment help at all?

I doubt it. We've been waiting for just over 9 months.

i guess you could email CSC, but many have been waiting much longer than 4 months. sometimes these things just take time.

252 days and counting. Nothing we can do but wait. We have contacted our congress-persons and senators, and emailed CSC directly (to be told repeatedly we are Pending FBI Name Check).

There is nothing that can be done but wait.

If you want confrimation that you're awaiting name check you could of course make an infopass appt. You never know it could kick start things for you. Cause it has been 6 months, not unreasonable to wonder what is going on. Best wishes,

9 months so far for me....

I infopassed at 6 months, was told still pending (well dah!) namecheck not complete.

moved state, got weird emails descheduling interview (what frigging interview) - another infopass.

finally have interview date for June.
